Shopping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

1. Standard (Singpost Normal) : 9-11 Working Days to be delivered.

2. Express (Tracked) : 7-9 Working Days to be delivered

Item will be dispatched using your chosen method and will be shipped to the address that you have provided. In the event that a tracked delivery fails to reach you, a full refund of the item will be made to you.

How do I place an Order?

1. Select your preferred Color and Size options

2. Adjust Quantity and Add To Cart

3. Go to Your Cart

4. Click Proceed To Checkout

5. Enter Discount Code (Optional)

6. Key in Contact Information and Shipping Address

7. Click Continue to shipping

8. Choose Shipping Method

How do i apply a discount code

Enter Discount Code at the Checkout page, and click Apply. The discounted price will be reflected if Discount Code is valid. 
You can find the Discount Code on our home page, facebook post or in email.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. At the moment, shipping is restricted to addresses in Singapore only.

Returns

Can i return a product

Returns Policy

Purchased products can be returned for full refund if they are due to manufacturing defect, within 14 days. We are sorry that we could not accept return / refund request due to change of mind. Thanks for your understandings.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Kindly provide the order details along with your return request.


To start a return, you can contact us at wholesomeness.sg@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We are sorry to notify that we currently could not offer exchange services. Buyers are advised to ensure they have chosen the correct product or size before proceeding for payment.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Dropshippers

I have no experience in selling. How can i start?

The video goes through the step-by-step from becoming a Shopee seller, to adding dropship products into Shopee store, to fulfilling your customers' order.

How do I find what to sell?

Choose Men or Women from the top menu. You may check the Filter Tags on the left, to quickly narrow down the search on the clothing's categories, prices and styles that suit your online stores.

How can I download the product images quickly?

There are many free browser extensions for downloading images from a webpage. For an example, "Fatkun Batch Download Image" is a free Google Chrome extension that can do the job. 

What Shipping Address should I input during Checkout of the products? 

For dropship orders (Pre-Order or Ready Stock), enter "Wholesomeness Inventory" as the shipping address. Postal Code can be left blank. 
After Checkout is completed, you may proceed to upload Waybill and prepare Packing List for your customer order. 

Can I directly enter my customer Shipping details, instead of "Wholesomeness Inventory", during Checkoutof the product?

Yes, but only for Singpost - Normal mail. On top of that, you will not be able to have your waybill or Sender's Details displayed on the parcel. 

If I have orders from different customers, can I Checkout all of them together? 

Yes, you can add all the orders by different customers into Cart, and Check Out all of them at one go, then later decide which items will be shipped to which customer at the Submit Dropship Order page.

What Shipping methods can my customers choose, and how much will I be charged?

“SpeedPost Economy” or “Singpost - Normal Mail”. $1.90 will be charged regardless of the shipping method chosen. 
Please also note that, if SpeedPost Economy is chosen, you will need to upload a SpeedPost Waybill on Submit Dropship Order page.

My Customer chooses "Singpost - Normal Mail" as the Shipping Method. What should I do?

Download the waybill from your online store platform, and upload it on Submit Dropship Order page.
Choose Standard Delivery or Express Delivery as your preferred shipping method. Standard Delivery means it doesn't have a tracking number, while for Express Delivery, tracking of the parcel can be done with the tracking number sent to you.

Is it possible to get a lower price?

It is only possible with longer delivery dates up to 1 month, through sea shipping. Contact us for more information. 

I want my goods as ready stock. Is is possible? 

Yes, we also provide a ready-stock option. You can place order for the goods, and wait for their arrival in our inventory. We will notify you and your goods can be dropshipped as ready stocks. Minimal storage fee applies. Contact us for more information. 

Why are stock counts not displayed, and what if the products are sold out? 

We will do our very best to deliver. In few cases that we do not, a full refund including shipping fee will be made. 

My customer wants a refund. What should I do? 

Return/Refund is allowed if delivered products come in defects or are not as advertised (after allowing 2-3cm measurement error). Please note that exchange or refund due to a change of mind are not allowed.

My customer wants to cancel his/her order. What should I do? 

We try our best to ship all orders before shipping deadline, so we always placed all orders soonest possible. You may contact us to check if the order has been placed and if cancellation is possible. 

My customer reports that he/she did not receive the order. What should I do?

For "SpeedPost Economy" or "Express Delivery", you can track the parcel using the tracking number provided by your online store platform or Wholesomeness, respectively.  
For "Singpost - Normal Mail", submit to your online store platform, a photo proof of shipment that will be provided by us. 

Why do I need to register an account? 

Creating an account allows you to view all your purchases/dropship orders, as well as uploading Waybill(s) and prepare Packing List(s). You are also able to view your Storage Unit overview/history from the account page. Creating an account if completely free. 

It seems like a lot of work, and I'm afraid that I may lose money if not done correctly. 

It really isn't, and gets much easier and faster after the first time. Refer to the Step by Step Tutorial for more information.
