Can i return a product
Purchased products can be returned for full refund if they are due to manufacturing defect, within 14 days. We are sorry that we could not accept return / refund request due to change of mind. Thanks for your understandings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Kindly provide the order details along with your return request.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are sorry to notify that we currently could not offer exchange services. Buyers are advised to ensure they have chosen the correct product or size before proceeding for payment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
